Referral Program Terms & Conditions
- The referral reward applies only to eligible referrals accepted by the company.
- A referred customer must be a new customer unless the company defines a different rule in writing.
- The referral must be submitted through the official referral process or system assigned by the company.
- Rewards are granted to both the referrer and the referred customer only if the referred customer completes their first purchase.
- Rewards apply exclusively to the first completed purchase of the referred customer. Any subsequent purchases will not generate additional rewards unless a new valid referral code is used.
- A referral code must be applied at the time of purchase to be considered valid. Retroactive claims will not be accepted.
- No reward will be issued for self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity.
- The company reserves the right to review and validate each referral before approving any reward.
- If a referral is cancelled, refunded, disputed, or reversed, the reward may be cancelled or removed.
- The company may update, pause, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- Participation in the referral program means the user agrees to follow all current program rules and policies.
- Any misuse of the program may result in disqualification from current and future rewards.
- SMS Verification Consent. By providing a mobile phone number, users consent to receive SMS verification messages from ReferralFlow for account security, fraud prevention, referral validation, and reward verification purposes.
- SMS Usage. SMS messages are sent only when a user initiates a phone verification request as part of the ReferralFlow process.
- Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on user activity and verification requests.
- Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply according to the user’s mobile carrier plan.
- STOP and HELP. Users may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP to request assistance.
- No Marketing Messages. SMS messages sent through ReferralFlow are limited to verification, security, fraud prevention, and referral reward validation purposes and do not contain marketing or promotional content.
- Consent Not Required for Purchase. Consent to receive SMS verification messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Privacy. Mobile phone numbers collected through ReferralFlow will be used solely for verification and security purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
